Full job description

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions that keep our office running smoothly. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for guests, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and customer support skills in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone systems promptly and professionally, providing accurate information.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence emails.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, and other office software.
Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently, whether in person or via phone or email.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Calendar), and basic computer skills.
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
Previous front desk or receptionist experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
