We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) who is passionate about providing evidence-informed acupuncture care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide acupuncture treatments to patients experiencing a wide range of health concerns while working closely with our naturopathic doctors and other healthcare practitioners. This is an excellent opportunity to build your practice within an established referral network and integrative clinic.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide acupuncture treatments for pain management, stress, anxiety, headaches, digestive concerns, women's health, sleep disturbances, and overall wellness
- Educate patients on treatment plans and lifestyle recommendations
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide referrals when clinically appropriate
Qualifications
- Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience is considered an asset
- Familiarity with EMR systems (JaneApp experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered, evidence-informed healthcare
