Full job description

Shandex is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide critical administrative and analytical support to our sales team. This role involves managing retailer and vendor documentation, coordinating artwork transfers, preparing reports, and assisting with inside sales for Tier 3 customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in communication, ensuring smooth processes that help launch new products efficiently and support our Key Account Managers.

The essential functions of the Sales Coordinator are:

Provide support functions to Key Account Managers, Director, and VP of Sales.
Completion of retailer listing forms, new item set up forms, product sell sheets, item checklists etc.
Coordinate artwork transfers between retailers, suppliers & quality groups. Internally review artwork on Shandex behalf.
Coordinate sales meetings and travel for the Key Account Managers.
Act as retail analyst for Key Account Managers.

This position will add value to Shandex by:

Assisting the sales team with administrative work which in turn allows them to focus on the customer and suppliers needs.
Ensuring that all required retail paperwork is completed on time and correctly will minimize delays in launching new products.
Valuable training ground with Tier 3 customers to ensure backfill/coverage for sales team when warranted.

Specific responsibilities include:

· Completion of all, vendor forms such as Epif’s, Quote sheets, NIC & maintaining GS1 etc.

· Completion of all Shandex forms such as new item forms, Q&C checklists, new item checklists, transition forms, cosmetic forms etc.

· Inside sales for smaller Tier 3 customers & coordination of conversions, price changes etc., as directed by Director, and VP of Sales.

· Answering and resolving routine inquiries from retailers and suppliers.

· Completion of retail or supplier business reviews & reports as required by Key Account Managers.

· Production of regularly scheduled or ad hoc sales reports as required by each retailer or supplier.

· Conducting retail pricing surveys as requested by Key Account Managers or suppliers.

· Sourcing and shipping of product samples as required.

· Coordinating the distribution of new product samples to customers as required.

· Coordination of transfers and approvals of all artwork revisions.

· Uploading comments on retailer specific sites

· Reviewing artwork vs. our new checklist & process and saving in common drives

· Taking ownership to back half of art process to get product into an orderable state

· Flyer and promotional tracking by account.

· Miscellaneous requests from Key Account Managers, Director, and VP of Sales.
