What We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Embroidery Production Lead / Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our embroidery department. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced production environment. You are someone who leads by example, takes initiative, problem-solves effectively, and supports team productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Previous experience operating embroidery machines is required, along with the ability to support workflow coordination, troubleshoot production issues, and provide guidance to team members as needed.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Oversee daily embroidery production operations and workflow
· Operate both multi-head and single-head embroidery machines as required
· Coordinate production priorities to ensure deadlines are met
· Support and assist team members with training, quality control, and troubleshooting
· Manually hoop garments to ensure precise placement and alignment
· Review and verify work orders to ensure customer specifications are followed accurately
· Inspect garments and finished products to maintain quality standards
· Monitor production output and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
· Perform basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance when required
· Label, package, and prepare completed items for shipment
· Access and interpret production files and instructions through internal systems
· Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production environment
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
· Previous embroidery machine operation experience required
· Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience considered a strong asset
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
· Excellent attention to detail and quality control
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
· Comfortable standing for extended periods
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
· Possess a high level of proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently
