Territory Sales Representative

LOCATION: Downtown/East Toronto

SALARY: $75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

This is not a transactional sales role. Success in this position comes from identifying opportunities, winning new business, and guiding projects through to successful completion. The ideal candidate enjoys the thrill of prospecting and hunting for new business while also acting as a trusted advisor and project leader for their clients. What Will You Do?

Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within the commercial sector across Central Toronto and the GTA
Develop and execute territory growth strategies to drive new business acquisition
Build strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers
Manage and grow existing client relationships to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships
Serve as the primary point of contact from initial sale through project completion
Coordinate and manage projects in collaboration with internal operations and service teams
Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and develop customized solutions for clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project recommendations
Monitor project progress to ensure customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports
Represent the organization professionally in the market and strengthen overall brand presence

What Do You Bring?

Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within commercial services, construction, building systems, facilities services, or related industries
A hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities
Strong relationship-building and account management skills
Experience managing projects or coordinating project-based work
Ability to balance business development activities with active project oversight
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA
