We are hiring an experienced, hands-on Floor Manager to join our leadership team full-time.
This is not an office management role. This is a working leadership position on the floor five days a week — leading service, managing the guest experience, supporting staff in real time, and maintaining high operational standards in a very busy, high-volume restaurant.
You must have proven, real-world experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment and be confident running service, managing flow, resolving issues immediately, and leading a team under pressure.
This role is for someone who leads from the front, stays calm during peak service, and takes pride in delivering a seamless, high-quality guest experience every shift.
The Role:
You will be on the floor daily leading and supporting service
You will manage service flow, pacing, and table turns
You will oversee guest experience and handle concerns professionally and efficiently
You will support servers, bartenders, and hosts in real time
You will monitor staffing levels, floor coverage, and shift execution
You will coach and correct staff during service to maintain standards
You will ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall service readiness
You will work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership to keep communication tight and service efficient
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years proven experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant
Strong service leadership and floor management experience is mandatory
Demonstrated ability to run peak service with confidence and control
Exceptional attention to detail and guest satisfaction
Ability to stay organized, decisive, and calm under pressure
Hands-on mentality with no ego and a strong work ethic
Reliable, accountable, and committed to high standards
Schedule:
Full-time, five days per week
Days, nights, and weekends required
This is a physically present, hands-on floor leadership role
Compensation:
$25 per hour
Participation in gratuity pool
Stable full-time leadership position in a busy, high-volume restaurant
We are looking for a true service leader who can run a tight floor, protect the guest experience, and execute at a high level in a demanding environment. If you are not comfortable being on the floor every day in a busy restaurant, this role is not for you.
Only candidates with proven high-volume restaurant experience will be considered.
