About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Board Certified Behaviour Analyst RBA / Registered for movement-based therapy.
Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join a growing, multidisciplinary program delivering integrated behavioural and functional skill development services.
This role involves overseeing individualized new ABA programming for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, within a structured, collaborative environment that integrates behavioural science with functional and real-life skill acquisition.
The position offers both in-person and hybrid service delivery, with active caseload openings available on weekdays and weekends.

This role is suited for a clinician who is prepared to contribute to a forward-thinking program, where clinical expertise is applied in a dynamic, real-world context rather than confined to traditional models.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and develop individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs)
- Apply core principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in naturalistic and structured settings
- Provide clinical supervision, direction, and ongoing support to ABA therapists and interventionists
- Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and adjust programming accordingly
- Deliver parent coaching and consultation to ensure generalization and consistency across environments
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario standards and privacy legislation
- Ensure all services align with ethical guidelines and evidence-based practices
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and program development initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in good standing
- Registered with Ontario Autism Program as a qualified provider
- Experience of clinical experience working with children and/or adolescents with ASD and developmental needs
- Demonstrated expertise in behaviour assessment, skill acquisition programming, and behaviour reduction strategies
- Experience supervising ABA therapists and implementing treatment integrity protocols
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and/or developmental disabilities
- Experience with using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and/or EFL assessment tools
- Experience with conducting Functional Analyses and functional behaviour assessments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Durham Region
