This is just some of what our Brokerage offers:
Brand identity- every Agent still has creative control over their own brand.
Deal support- we have a full time administrator that can write offers, book showings, order signs up/ down, co ordinate listings and load listings. this admin can direct the sub trades for our team and also packages paperwork for brokerage payroll / lawyers. the admin has full access to mls.
In-house graphic design and social media support.
Lead generation - we have an inside sales agent contacting your leads and attempting to convert them for you. We run google , youtube, FB\ Instagram campaigns and geo targeting where leads are shared fairly across all Agents. Our ISA qualifies for you and coaches you on how to best engage potential clients.
We have already made our Agents thousands of Dollars for leads we generate and pay for. Our ISA connects the leads with our Agents to sort the good from the bad. Lead generation has never been easier!
Mobile support- we have an employee that will take care of all your mobile needs using a corporately owned truck. working under the Brokerage admin this support does riders, coming soon photos, light cosmetic repairs, junk removal , listing prep , open house signs , supply pickup.
In House Services- We have in house media and in house staging at wholesale costs and we take payment off closed transactions. Only pay when you sell.
What are the programs?
We run three programs:
Strive Essentials- 14k commission cap with key supports such as social media support deal support and social media ads. Best for Agents who prefer to do their own daily work, want a cloud style split while having access to Brick and Mortar.
Strive Full Service- 24k commission cap regardless of lead source with all of the services mentioned above. Best for Agents who want more time to sell, and offload the many daily tasks required of a Realtor. Most of your business costs paid by the brokerage and you only pay when you sell.
Strive Team Builder- Existing larger teams pay a flat deal fee (no splits) and have the opportunity to hire Strive Services a la carte for their own Team's needs. Keep junior Agents happy by eliminating duplicate splits and take advantage of pay on closing options for staging and media. retain staff and reduce up front costs!
Splits- splits range based on experience and volume- you keep 75% of business income we generate for you and we have splits as high as 85% . We collaborate, we don't take your brand or your income.
Office Fee: our office fee is $149.00 monthly. we include your tech package and crm in these costs.
Personal Real Estate Exempt: if you sell your own house these deals are exempt from splits.
Cap Enforcement- Strive does not require payment of unredeemed cap space in each year.. If you have a slow year or take time off, we are there for you.
