Full job description

We offer:

Minimum of five (5) shifts per week (Monday through to Friday) between 8:00AM to 10:00PM and occasional Saturday shifts between 8:00AM to 5:00PM as business requires.
Offering guaranteed base of $19.40 per hour as well as hourly performance bonus of between $0 - $3.00,
$300.00 to $400.00 annual benefit health spending reimbursement plan for you and your family after 90 days of employment

Qualifications:

Minimum 3- 6 months customer service experience
High School Diploma
Strong communication skills
Genuine eagerness to help customers with care, professionalism and diplomacy
Exceptionally polite, friendly and courteous
Demonstrate good listening skills to help customers with their concerns while maintaining composure at all times
Strong work ethic and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills that allows others to work effectively and productively within a diverse environment
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and typing with attention to detail
Proven ability for data entry and typing skill with minimum 35 WPM
Ability to efficiently multi-task
Previous experience in utility or communications industry is not required but is an asset.

Quiet, dedicated room free of background noise
Ability to connect the computer from a router - wireless preferred
Windows PC recommended
Operating System: Windows 10
Full, standard sized keyboard with Function Keys (F1-F12) and a number pad
Two monitors if available
Webcam - for training and coaching purposes
Headset provided (microphone and headset)
Unlimited high-speed internet
Unlimited Canada wide long-distance calling/cellphone calling plan
Ability to provide your own ethernet cable

Monday to Friday between 8 am – 10 pm

Description:

Can you offer superior customer service in a fast-paced work environment? You will be providing a wide range of inbound customer service. Key responsibilities including, bill explanation, account maintenance and collections. As a member of our team, Specialists occasionally assist in the selection, training, development, coaching, and performance of team members to provide customers with superior customer service experience.

If you are an energetic, self-motivated and a customer service oriented individual looking to learn and develop in a lasting career in customer service, we have immediate Full-Time opportunities for people interested in servicing products to existing customers for some of Canada's largest Utility providers.

The successful candidate will possess the unique combination of rapport-building, presentation skills and experience required to quickly gather data, identify specific needs of potential customers and inform them and/or perform the necessary steps to ensure good account standings.
