Join Our Team as a Sales Receptionist at BMW Durham!

Are you a motivated individual with a positive attitude? BMW Durham is seeking a Sales Receptionist to become an integral part of our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

Professionally manage incoming phone calls, directing them and taking messages as needed.
Greet customers and visitors with a warm welcome, offering refreshments and a space to wait
Maintain and manage our customer database, ensuring accurate and updated information on customers and vehicles.
Follow up with customers post-service visits to gauge their satisfaction and offer further assistance.
Prepare necessary paperwork for vehicle licensing and registration.
Handle outgoing dealership mail efficiently.
Support the Sales and Service Departments with various administrative tasks.
Stay informed about dealership offerings to assist clients effectively during their visits.
Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and composure.
Ensure the customer lounge remains clean and inviting.
Update client information and track visit records in the dealership database.
Foster positive relationships with team members and management in a collaborative environment.

Availability

Flexibility to work varied shifts from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
