Full job description

Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting a Corporate Lawyer to fill an existing vacancy. This position will be based in one of our London, Kitchener or Windsor offices.

Our Corporate Law group provides strategic, commercially practical, and results‑driven legal counsel to businesses at all stages of growth. We advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business formation and structuring, governance, shareholder and partnership arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and commercial transactions. Our practice also includes complex and high‑stakes matters involving regulatory compliance, corporate disputes, and negotiations, with a focus on delivering practical, durable solutions that protect our clients’ interests and support their long‑term objectives.

We are dedicated to delivering practical, business‑focused legal solutions tailored to our clients’ specific needs and objectives. We understand that each client’s business and circumstances are unique, and we take a thoughtful, strategic approach to provide clear, commercially sound advice at every stage. Whether advising on transactions, negotiations, governance, or complex business issues, we focus on helping our clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience preferred
Self-motivated
Excellent client service skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $165,000 with the opportunity for additional compensation and bonus depending on performance metrics.
