Position / Job Title: Laminate Installer Reports To: Lead Installer, or General Manager
Job Overview:
As a Laminate Installer, you will install laminate countertops and related components with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role includes reading shop drawings, performing on‑site adjustments, ensuring proper fit and finish, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience. You will work closely with the Lead Installer, Fabrication, and Inside Sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities and Duties are as mentioned below but not limited to:
Installation:
- Install laminate countertops, backsplashes, and related components from start to finish with precision and quality.
- Interpret shop drawings, templates, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform on site adjustments including trimming, leveling, securing seams, and fitting around appliances, plumbing, and walls.
- Complete edge finishing, cutouts, and minor repairs as required.
- Ensure all installations meet QuartzCo standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
- Maintain a professional presence on site and represent QuartzCo positively with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
Customer Service Excellence
· Provide outstanding in‑home customer service during installation.
· Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and site supervisors.
· Address customer questions or concerns professionally and promptly.

Administration & Coordination
· Communicate daily with the Lead Installer / Operations Manager and Inside Sales regarding site issues or changes.
· Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available for each job.
· Submit accurate and complete daily documentation, including:
· Post‑installation checklists
· Vehicle/tool maintenance reports
· Notes on site conditions or required follow‑ups
Qualifications:
- Proven 1+ years’ experience in carpentry and laminate surface installation.
· Skilled with hand tools, laminate trim routers, jigsaws, and finishing tools.
· Physical ability to lift and maneuver countertop sections safely.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Valid G driver’s license required and must be bondable.
· Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to safety and quality.
