Insurance Account Representative

Stephanie Gordon, Desjardins Insurance Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join her winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop leads, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate products and services.
Meet sales targets
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.

Qualifications And Experience

OTL license preferred but not necessary for interview (must be able to obtain)
LLQP Life license preferred but not necessary for interview (must be able to obtain)
Sales experience preferred
Candidate must be:
Self-motivated
Goal oriented
Efficient problem solving skills
Proactive
Dependable
Able to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time. In office Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
