Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and elevate our brand across digital platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that boost engagement, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This includes Google Adwords (PPC), Meta, LinkedIn and other media marketing. Your expertise in digital marketing tools and techniques, in particular Google Adwords/PPC, will be essential in crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Duties

Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Instagram Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for SEO and paid advertising efforts.
Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are applied to improve organic search rankings.
Design engaging graphics and visuals utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to enhance campaign appeal.
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content tailored for various digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
Maintain proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to troubleshoot issues and optimize website functionality for better user experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Adwords and Meta platform advertizing.
Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Meta and LinkedIn Advertising, and Google Analytics.
Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content.
Hands-on experience with WordPress website management and basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies to nurture leads and engage audiences effectively.
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable marketing tactics.
Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to project management.
