Position Overview: As one of our Estheticians, you will be a core member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional client care and ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced skincare, nail, waxing, and body services.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as manicure, pedicure (including Shellac), waxing (including Brazillian), tinting, and more.
- Perform a variety of skin treatments, including Facial Treatments, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning Peels, RF Skin Tightening, and more.
- Educate clients on their unique skin concerns, recommending treatment plans and homecare products to achieve the best results.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client consultations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients feel comfortable and cared for.
- Upsell and cross-sell treatments to maximize client results and business revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- An esthetician with a passion for skincare who possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
- Proficiency in skincare treatments, manicure, pedicure, waxing & tinting.
- Strong skincare knowledge and retailing abilities. *Knowledge of Eminence Organic Skin Care and/or Miracle 10 Skin Care is an asset.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
Schedule (training hours may vary) (Hours may decrease depending on season and bookings)
· Tuesday 9 am – 5 pm
· Wednesday 10 am – 6 pm
· Thursday 12 pm – 8 pm
· Friday 9 am – 5 pm
· Saturday 9 am – 5 pm
Compensation:
Hourly rate: Starting at $19.00
Commission:
- Retail Sales = 10%
- Service Sales = 5%
- Bonus Commission - if retail goals are met ($14.00/hour sales), your service commission increases to 10%
Gratuities: Average gratuity range in a full 2-week pay period =$500.00-$900.00
*Average hourly rate after all calculations = $35.00 - $45.00/hour
