Senior Assistant Manager -

Key Responsibilities

Role modelling exceptional hospitality to guests and team members
Implementing initiatives to drive sales and profit
Assisting in hiring, onboarding, and training processes
Developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors
Overseeing front-of-house leader areas
Handling GM duties in their absence

Key Requirements

3+ years of Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing teams
Energetic, positive, and excellent communication skills
Drive for continuous improvement and commitment to diversity
Experience in leadership development is an asset
