Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a very confident, outgoing, committed sales person to join our team and work at some of our Farmers Markets. Our Farmers Markets are usually no further than a hour from Port Perry or Oshawa so driving distance must not be a problem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

If you are passionate about sales and thrive in moderate to high traffic environments, we want to hear from you! Our customers and friends are our top priority, so having fun, being easy and outgoing is crucial.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives consistently.

Qualifications

Must have a Vehicle
Must be able to drive (sometimes 30m-1.5h)
Vehicle must be able to carry a canopy tent, table and supplies
FUN, outgoing, personality is a REQUIREMENT ☺
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
Able to lift 50lbs
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently .
High level of motivation, resilience, and adaptability to change.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
