Location: Durham Region, primarily in Ajax, Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Commitment: Flexible as scheduled.

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Basketball Coach to join our team and contribute to the development of young athletes in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). As a coach, you will be responsible for leading practice sessions, coaching games, and providing guidance and mentorship to players.

Responsibilities:

Distribute flyers, leaflets, or promotional materials to residential areas in the Durham Region.
Follow assigned routes and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records of distribution activities, including the number of flyers distributed and areas covered.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting politely with residents and answering any questions they may have about the distributed materials.
Report any issues or concerns encountered during distribution to the supervisor promptly.
Adhere to safety guidelines and traffic regulations while carrying out distribution activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve distribution targets efficiently.

Requirements:

Ability to travel to assigned locations within the Durham Region.
Ability to walk for extended periods and navigate residential areas effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Previous experience in flyer distribution or similar roles is an asset but not required.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and between the ages of 16 and 30 years old as this is a funded position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
