Full job description

Hotheads is a welcoming, professional salon dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and high-quality hair services. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Salon Assistant to support our stylists and help maintain a clean, organized, and positive salon environment.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins/check-outs
Shampoo and condition clients’ hair
Prepare stylists’ stations and tools between appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon
Replenish products, towels, and supplies
Assist stylists with colour applications, blow-dries, and other salon services as needed
Follow salon sanitation and safety standards

Qualifications

Hairstyling student or graduate
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Interest in the beauty and salon industry
Previous salon experience is an asset but not required
