Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Duties

Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote retail sales.
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Experience in front desk operations within a salon or similar environment is preferred.
Strong upselling abilities to effectively promote products and services.
Knowledge of retail sales strategies to drive product sales within the salon.
Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a positive experience for all clients.
