Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Condominium Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our townhome community. The ideal candidate will possess a CMRAO General License and have a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage Resident relations, ensure property maintenance, and have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Condominium Manager. This position will require three days on site and two days at head office.

Duties

Manage all aspects of property operations, maintenance, and Resident relations.
Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of property upkeep.
Maintain accurate records of Resident interactions, contracts, and financial transactions.
Address Resident concerns promptly through effective conflict management and customer service skills.
Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of facilities.
Attend meetings with the Board of Directors Monthly or as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management and administration.
Strong understanding of the Condo Act.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong phone etiquette and administrative experience are essential.
