Job Summary

Williamson Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our GM Dealership in Uxbridge, Ontario. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career.

What You Will Do:

* Organize and updating digital or paper records

* Preparation of monthly customer statements

*Reminding customers about upcoming payments or past-due accounts

*Making electronic or cash deposits to company bank accounts

* Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices

*Prepare monthly floorplan reconciliations

* Reconciliation of credit card accounts

*Assist in month-end closing activities

What We Are Looking For:

*3-5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience, or combination of education and experience

* Solid understanding of accounting principles ( Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises)

*Familiarity with invoicing and payment processing in the automotive industry is an asset

*Knowledge of PBS software or similar dealership software is an asset

* Strong computer skills including MS Office ( Word, Excel)

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines.
