Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. We are looking for someone that is trained in all or most of the following: Facials, Hydrafacial, Laser Hair Removal (Preferably Triton) Morpheus8, Microneedling, Chemical Peel, IPL (Lumecca Preferably). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients by delivering high-quality services and personalized care.

Duties

Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, morpheus8 , IPL, chemical peel
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and promote retail sales.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service.

Requirements

Valid esthetician license in accordance with province regulations.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain cleanliness in the treatment area.
Experience in all or most: laser hair removal, microneedling, RF microneedling, IPL, peels and hydrafacial
Background in hospitality or retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
A passion for skincare and beauty, with a desire to educate clients on product use and benefits.
