Full job description

Adecco is currently hiring an MRO Coordinator for a 24-month contract opportunity in Ajax, ON. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating workflow within the Repair & Overhaul (R&O) shop, supporting planning activities, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring timely availability of parts to meet operational and customer requirements.

Pay Rate: $24-$27/hour
Location: Ajax, ON
Schedule: Full-time, Set schedule (Mon-Thu 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Fri 7:30 AM-12:30 PM)
Employment Type: 24-Month Contract | Full-time

Responsibilities

Coordinate with planners to manage workflow across the R&O shop.
Ensure parts availability to meet production flow and customer expectations.
Enter batch reports and maintain accurate records in SAP.
Optimize work processes to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly operational status reports.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure material and part availability.
Support cross-functional communication to resolve workflow and supply issues.
Carry an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) phone on a rotational basis for after-hours support.

Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
SAP experience considered an asset.
Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations related to airworthiness is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
