Full job description

We are a growing industrial refrigeration service company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and has strong experience in dispatching, invoicing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch service technicians and manage daily schedules
Prepare, process, and track customer invoices
Handle accounts receivable, collections, and credit follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories
Perform bookkeeping and basic accounting functions
Manage office administration and filing systems
Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management
Assist with monthly reporting and job costing as required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong background in dispatching, invoicing, and collections
Experience with bookkeeping and accounting
Office administration experience in a service-based business
Collections & Credit Management Certificate (or equivalent training)
Proficiency in accounting/dispatch software (QuickBooks, Jobber, or similar)
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
