Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced food service environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Ideal candidates will be passionate about the food industry, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively with team members. This position is perfect for individuals looking to develop their skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations.

Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take orders accurately, upsell menu items when appropriate, and process payments efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling procedures
Assist in food presentation and portioning to ensure quality standards are upheld
Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with POS systems such as Givex POS is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
