We are a boutique rural insurance and financial services agency seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Multi-Licensed Insurance Professional who is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions and protecting what matters most.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond transactional sales and provide truly holistic advice across multiple areas of insurance and financial protection.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and create tailored solutions that support their short- and long-term goals.

Our ideal candidate enjoys educating clients, simplifying complex concepts, and building lasting relationships based on trust and integrity.

Home Insurance
Auto Insurance
Farm Insurance
Commercial/Business Insurance
Life Insurance
Wealth and Financial Planning Solutions

Whether your expertise spans all of these areas or a combination of them, we are interested in speaking with professionals who are committed to delivering comprehensive client advice.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct needs-based reviews and risk assessments
Educate clients to help them make valuable and informed decisions
Identify opportunities to provide holistic insurance and financial solutions
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional service
Develop new business while growing existing client relationships
Provide ongoing support and annual reviews to ensure clients' needs continue to be met

Preferred Qualifications

We would love to hear from candidates with one or more of the following:

OTL (Other Than Life) Licence
LLQP (Life Licence Qualification Program)
CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional)
CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter)

Additional licensing, financial planning credentials, or relevant experience are considered strong assets.
