Territory Sales Manager – Ontario

Location: Ontario (Remote / Field-Based)

Position Summary

The Territory Manager is responsible for growing and managing sales across Ontario.

This field-based role includes regular customer visits, relationship development with dealers, distributors, and contractors, and working closely with internal teams to support business growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales within the Ontario territory.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
Conduct customer visits and product support meetings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Provide product knowledge and customer support.
Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and customer service.
Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales forecasting.

Qualifications

3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in construction or building materials.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
