Spark by Hilton Oshawa is seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor. This role combines exceptional guest service with overnight auditing responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient hotel operation.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional check-in and check-out experience.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Promote hotel amenities and local attractions.

Night Audit Duties

Complete daily financial and accounting procedures.
Reconcile guest accounts and balance daily transactions.
Prepare and distribute required reports.
Ensure accuracy of room charges and revenue postings.
Maintain hotel security and safety procedures during overnight hours.

Qualifications

Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Reliable, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
