This Independent Contractor / Private Rental model is built for entrepreneurial practitioners who want the freedom of running their own business without the high overhead of a sole lease.

Whether you need a private, professional treatment room for clinical therapy or elite open floor access for strength and conditioning, our space delivers the premium environment your business deserves.

Keep Every Dollar You Earn: You control your billing, client packages, and pricing. We charge a simple, predictable flat rate—we never take a percentage of your work.
Dual-Purpose Workspace:
For Trainers: Access to a clean, uncrowded layout equipped with high-end strength equipment and turf.
For RMTs & Physios: Private, professional office/treatment room space, with full access to the gym floor for active rehabilitation, assessments, and movement coaching.

What You Bring:

Proper Credentials: Active registration or certification in your respective field (ISSA, CSCS, CMTO, College of Physiotherapists, etc.) and valid professional liability insurance.
