Job Overview

Our client, a well-established company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the region. is seeking an outstanding Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to become an integral part of our team.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who enjoys multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and provide customer quotations.
Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily delivery schedules.
Communicate with drivers regarding schedule changes and customer requests.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
Manage appointments and schedules using Google Calendar.
Assist with invoicing and other basic accounting functions, through Quickbooks
Support the office with general administrative duties, filing, and document management.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office coordinator role.
Strong order entry and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
Basic accounting knowledge, including invoicing and record keeping.
Proficient with Google Workspace, particularly Google Calendar.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
