Location & Travel Requirement
This position is based in Oshawa, Ontario, with regular travel required to Ajax and other areas within Durham Region to conduct property tours, meet prospective tenants, and service available rental properties. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between these locations as needed.

We’re expanding into new markets and looking for driven, independent Leasing Agents to join us.

This is not a traditional 9–5 job.
This is a freelance-style, independent agent opportunity. We're open to part-time and full-time available candidates.

Compensation
Commission Only – High Earning Potential
Top performers earn $8,000+ per month, with no income ceiling.
The more efficient and organized you are, the more you earn.
What You’ll Do
As a RentBolt Apartment & City Expert, you will:
- Market available properties across digital platforms
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants
- Guide applicants through screening and documentation
- Coordinate background checks and verifications
- Successfully place tenants into homes
You become the trusted advisor for renters navigating a competitive market.
