We are currently seeking a compassionate, thoughtful, and motivated psychotherapist to join our growing practice.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for a clinician who values authentic therapeutic relationships, depth-oriented work, and helping clients better understand themselves while building practical change.
You will work with youth and adult clients presenting with concerns such as:
- Anxiety and chronic stress
- Perfectionism and self-criticism
- Relationship difficulties
- Burnout and emotional exhaustion
- Identity and life transitions
- Emotional regulation and self-worth concerns
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services virtually and/or in-person
- Develop collaborative treatment plans with clients
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with CRPO standards
- Participate in case consultation and ongoing professional development
- Foster a warm, nonjudgmental, and client-centered therapeutic environment
Qualifications
- Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying or Fully Registered) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
- Master’s degree in counselling psychology, psychotherapy, social work, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care
- Experience working with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, or relational concerns is considered an asset
