What You’ll Do
Your focus will be simple:
- · Build a stronger team
- · Grow restaurant and lounge sales
- · Improve guest experience
- · Create regulars

- · Manage labour, scheduling, and deployment
- · Improve service flow and ticket times
- · Control food, beverage, and operating costs
- · Hire, train, coach, and hold people accountable

You will have support, but you will also be trusted to lead.
The business needs someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.

- · 5 years + Full-service restaurant or lounge leadership experience
- · Strong floor presence

- · Comfort with sales, labour, scheduling, and cost controls

Compensation and Incentives
This role may include:
- · Competitive salary, expected in the $55,000–$68,000 range depending on experience
