Business Development Representative– RemoteJob Type

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to help expand our wholesale distributor network. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, contacting, and onboarding qualified distributors across various industries.

This role involves high-volume outbound calling, relationship building, and guiding interested distributors through our onboarding process. We are looking for someone who is persuasive, professional, and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective wholesale distributors.
Make outbound cold calls and introduce our company.
Explain our distributor partnership and answer initial questions.
Build relationships with decision-makers.
Qualify potential distributors based on our criteria.
Guide interested distributors through the onboarding process.
Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach and conversations.
Meet weekly outreach and onboarding goals.
Provide regular updates on progress.

Qualifications

Previous experience in B2B sales, cold calling, business development, lead generation, or account management.
Excellent English communication skills.
Confident speaking with business owners and executives.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a professional work environment.
Experience using CRM software is an asset.
