International Auto Group (IAG) boast seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands.

IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Formula Ford as an Appointment Coordinator/Cashier .

Location: 940 Kingston Road, Pickering, ON L1V 1B3

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed. As a key member of the International Auto Group team, the Appointment Coordinator is responsible for handling the administrative functions of the service process.

Here's what you'll deliver:

· Maintain communication with members of the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and in coordination with schedules

· Greet customers coming into service reception with a great and upbeat attitude

· Book appointments and schedule service in an organized fashion that keeps the shop full but does not over book technician’s time.

· Answering phones in a timely manor with a warm and friendly greeting

· Learn and understand Fords recalls and maintenance schedules

· Be able to effectively communicate with customers with confidence in what their vehicle needs are

· Be able to cashier a customer’s invoice and explain what the charges are for, going over their vehicle report card and discussing their experience with service so they may give good feedback to Ford when they receive their survey.

· Be able to arrange and organize rental vehicles for customers while also controlling in house loaners

· Checking in in house loaner rentals recording gas mileage and checking for damages

· Filing of completed repair orders

· Be able to work a rotating schedule between the hours 7:30am & 6:00pm with some Saturdays

What you'll need to succeed:

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

· Experience using PBS or other Dealer Management Systems an asset.

· Excellent written and communication skills.

· Exceptional organizational and stress management skills to complete daily tasks.

· Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
