Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator to operate various machines used in asphalt paving projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, skid steers, excavators and other machinery
Assist in asphalt placement, compaction, and finishing
Perform routine maintenance and pre-operation inspections on equipment
Ensure safety protocols and job site regulations are followed
Work collaboratively with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently
Handle materials such as hot asphalt mix, ensuring proper application
Ensure the job site remains clean and organized.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Perform general labor duties as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating asphalt paving equipment
Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment maintenance
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Minimum G License required. ARZ or AZ are preferred.
Ability to follow directions and safety protocols.
