CBM Ready-Mix is seeking a Plant Supervisor, based in the GTA Region.

This position is a permanent full-time vacancy.

Annual salary range: $63,500.00-$68,500.00 – depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervising several plants within the GTA – unionized workforces and maintaining a high level of employee morale at the plants.
Managing and coordinating production, storage and general distribution in accordance with policies and procedures as established by the Operations Manager.
Planning, organizing and batching concrete loads/deliveries
Performing concrete testing as per CSA & ASTM standards
Complete paperwork and reporting as needed
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least two years post-secondary education (college or university)
Previous ready-mix or similar industry experience is an asset.
Excellent people management, problem solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Fundamental knowledge of computer software (Windows, Word, Excel)
Ability to travel frequently, including occasional overnights
G Class license and clear 3-year drivers abstract is required
