Full job description

Benefits: The position is open to hardworking individuals with a leader mentality and interest in the business world. There is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business from a management level directly from the business owner throughout the year.

The position includes:
Full-Time Hours
Bonus Incentives
Autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay
Training and development will be provided if the candidate is coachable, hardworking and willing to learn. Trained to complete professional painting work for interior and exterior painting/staining

Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Access to a vehicle
Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete painting/staining projects and will be a pro in no time!
Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
Strong communication skills
Coachable

Payment Structure:

We offer a base rate ranging from $18.5-25/hour
High-performance bonuses available

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall completion of projects. Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality
Daily responsibility for the cleanliness of the site and the project
Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner
Manage day-to-day project tasks for properly providing services to clients

Pay: $18.50-$28.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
