Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing tools, with a passion for driving brand awareness and sales. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment focused on expanding our online presence.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing channels.
Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including WordPress websites, ensuring content is engaging and SEO-friendly.
Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
Create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for social media, website, and advertising materials.
Oversee product management tasks including product listings, descriptions, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation initiatives.
Manage budgets for advertising campaigns while ensuring optimal ROI through continuous monitoring and adjustment of marketing spend.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels through content creation and strategic planning.
Track campaign results and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and familiarity with HTML coding is preferred.
Experience in research, product management, and sales support is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of budgeting principles related to advertising spend and campaign management.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content across multiple channels.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
