JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all return orders in EBS promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Accurately process return shipments and receiving transactions and make necessary amendments to EBS orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures throughout all processes.
- Precisely pull parts from the warehouse according to customer specifications, addressing related issues promptly and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing core returns and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Utilize EBS for handling shipping, receiving, and returning replacement parts.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems while preparing returns related paperwork, utilizing EBS.
- Conduct root cause analysis of retailer claims, process them in EBS, and issue credit notes as required.
- Assist in providing cross training to new employees on job duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in reverse logistics and shipping desired
- Accredited College degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification.
- Strong computer, analytical and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize time and tasks
- Possess a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50Lbs, (typically an average of 35lbs)
- Walk, stand, squat, twist, bend, and kneel for roughly 85% of the shift

- Skills required: reading, writing, listening and basic math
- Emphasis on safety in the workplace, adhering to all safety policies and programs in place
