Job Overview
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our team. This position requires a friendly attitude, a willingness to help others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Prepare food items according to restaurant standards while adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms, ensuring a sanitary environment for both staff and customers.
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt as needed.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
