Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused full-time and part-time servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, effective communication, and a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and food service to grow within a vibrant environment that values teamwork and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met in all areas
Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed
Maintain a clean, organized work station and adhere to sanitation protocols
Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; hospitality background preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for billing purposes
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance
Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests seamlessly
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
