Full job description

Penny Lane Property Management Ltd. is growing, and we are searching for a full-

time Strata Property Manager to support our team. The Strata Property Manager is

responsible for managing and organizing existing Strata properties and their strata

councils as well as assist in the expansion of the company's Strata portfolio.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

As a licensed Strata Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship

management with our strata council clients, handle day-to-day operational,

maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your

portfolio. Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:

Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes
Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes
Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices

Requirements

A valid Strata Property Management License is required
A positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client service
Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet precise deadlines and manage clients’ expectations
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travelling to meetings at the buildings in your portfolio
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift (one hour lunch)
Monday to Friday
Occasional on-call shifts

Experience:

Strata Property Management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

BCFSA Strata Management License (required)

Work Location: In person

Bonus:

Property Management experience with BCFSA Property Manager License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
