Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist with Manager/Supervisor experience. The goal of this role would be to learn the basics of how the clinic works then move into a supervisor role and lead of team of 2-4 other receptionists. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office . The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Experience in a medical office and/or manager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Provide clerical support, including third party billing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Utilize JANE APP for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed.

Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is an advantage but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, particularly JANE APP and GOOGLE DRIVE.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
