Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food. Your enthusiasm and multitasking skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and satisfied. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Handle food preparation tasks including assembling sandwiches, snacks, and other light menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food handling areas and dining spaces
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Follow food safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met

Requirements

Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but training will be provided
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
