Twin Sails Brewing

At Twin Sails, we make beer we’re proud of and create spaces people actually want to hang out in. We care about good beer, good people, and building brands that feel real.

We’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy human to join the team and help tell our story online.

This role will start with a primary focus on Twin Sails Brewing, but as our company continues to grow, the position will evolve to support multiple brands across our group. That means this isn’t just a “run the Instagram” type of job, it’s an opportunity to grow with us, help shape brands from the inside, and build a real career in content and marketing.

If you’re the type of person constantly thinking “this would make a great reel,” naturally notices trends before everyone else, and enjoys turning everyday moments into engaging content, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Capturing day-to-day moments around the brewery including beer releases, events, behind-the-scenes, staff features, collaborations, and whatever else makes the brand feel alive
Shooting and editing short-form video content, reels, stories, and photos
Helping brainstorm creative campaigns, content ideas, and brand storytelling
Writing captions and copy that connect with people
Staying on top of social trends while keeping content authentic to our brands
Planning and scheduling content calendars
Working alongside the marketing and leadership teams on promotions, launches, and events
Occasionally being on camera (or convincing others to be)

What We’re Looking For

Someone creative, organized, and proactive
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content trends
Comfortable filming in fast-paced, real-world environments
Basic editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
Strong writing and communication skills
A good visual eye and attention to detail
Photography experience is a huge plus
Someone who brings ideas to the table instead of waiting for direction
Bonus points if you love craft beer, hospitality, events, or brand culture

While your day-to-day focus will begin with Twin Sails Brewing, this position is designed to evolve into a larger role supporting multiple brands within our group over time. There’s real opportunity here for someone looking to develop their skills, take ownership creatively, and grow into a larger marketing/content position as the company expands.
