The role

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of top-tier clients. You'll work at the intersection of sales, operations, and client experience — keeping clients happy, growing accounts, and making sure every shipment reflects the standard the company is known for.

What your day-to-day will look like

Own the day-to-day relationship with top clients, acting as their internal advocate and main point of contact
Grow existing accounts through strong relationship management and a deep understanding of client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate rates, identify carriers, and secure the right equipment for each move
Build and maintain a core book of business that drives consistent, repeatable revenue
Keep internal systems updated with accurate sales and volume data throughout the day
Monitor billing accuracy and flag anything that doesn't add up

The details

Location: This is a fully in-office position, based in Burnaby and very accessible by transit, in close proximity to the Brentwood Skytrain Station.
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base salary (based on experience), plus a commission structure tied to new business development and account performance (day-one commission eligibility)
Work environment: 5 days a week in-office. Hours are flexible (7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM).
