ABOUT US
We are an award-winning organization, with 75 years under our belt, dedicated to keeping communities safe in the areas of fire prevention, security, and life safety. We currently have over 230 talented individuals across 4 business units – Richmond (our Headquarters), Calgary, Toronto and Texas.
We have been growing rapidly and show no signs of slowing down. In order to successfully scale our business and support our growth, we need to continuously invest in the training and development of our team.
To support this commitment, we are hiring a fixed-term (6-months part-time or 3-months full-time) role: Instructional Designer (internal title: Technical Training Specialist) to build sustainable training materials and programs that support our continued growth, reporting directly into our Learning & Performance Manager.
