We are currently seeking motivated and competitive sales professionals for a fully commission-based position with strong earning potential and company-provided warm leads.

This opportunity is ideal for confident closers who are driven by results and want full control over their income. There is no cold calling — our team provides qualified leads and operational support so you can focus on selling and building client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Manage company-provided warm leads
Meet with homeowners and present products and renovation solutions
Take measurements and discuss style/design preferences
Guide clients through the complete sales cycle
Handle project payments and documentation
Collect customer reviews and referrals
Maintain accurate CRM records
Stay in contact with clients throughout project completion
Coordinate with the internal team to support project flow and customer satisfaction

Requirements

1+ year of sales experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Clear driving record
Confident computer usage
Availability to drive within a 100 km radius of the city where the position is located.
